Our Scotch Eggs are all made by hand and the meat that fills these tasty beauties is from Highside Butchers Kirby Malzeard and free range eggs from Ian Taylor Burton Leonard.
We dont use sausage meat like everyone else we use high quality pork pie meat which gives them far more flavour and texture
Our scotch eggs are made from pork pie meat and might show a little redness , rest assured all scotch eggs are probed to 75-80c for 2 minutes ensuring they are all safe to eat.
